Prospecting Agreement & Guidelines

PROSPECTING AGREEMENT This Prospecting Agreement is entered into on __________ ___, 20___ (the "Effective Date") by and between Linda P. Kester ("Coach") and _____________ ("Professional Leasing Executive PLE”). As of the Effective Date of this Agreement, Coach agrees to engage PLE to perform the functions of a Prospector. 2. As Prospector, PLE shall make five (5) prospect calls per day five days per week. PLE will adhere to all guidelines stated in the attached Prospecting Guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may cause this contract to terminate. 3. The durations of this contract is three (3) months from the Effective Date. After this time, Coach has the option to renew the contract for another three (3) months if PLE has adhered to all stipulated guidelines. 4.PLE shall have the right to determine, at his sole discretion, whether progress or work product is satisfactory and whether a milestone has been met. If such work is found to be unsatisfactory, Ian shall have five (5) business days to satisfy such work requirement. If such work is still found to be unsatisfactory, then this Agreement shall terminate. PLE acknowledges, represents and warrants to the Coach that PLE has received a copy of this Agreement, that Ian has read and understood this Agreement and agrees to abide by its terms. Professional Leasing Executive X_________________________________________ Prospecting Guidelines A._____________ is required to do the following: Make five prospect calls per day, five (5) days per week. Send an text to Linda each day by Noon confirming that the daily milestone has been achieved. B. During prospecting ________________ may not: Check email. Surf the web. Watch TV. Answer the phone. Write a list of things to do. Do anything on the current list of things to do. Get out of the chair.
